Sorry, I will not be able to receive emails till Sept. 23. Francis
Day 1: Sorry to be late
updating web so late, have had problems getting on line. With the help
of Chris Jobe, Glenn Firchow, Gary Scott, and Pearse Ward we finally worked
out all the bugs. The runs began at 6:15 (before breakfast) crisp cool
morning. The temp should stay around 70 all day. The sheep need
a little pushing but handling well. Herbert is using a Boar Billy (judas
goat) to help exhaust the sheep which is working good. Plans are to
run 50 entries today. So far all smiles on handlers faces.

Day 2: Ran till 7
Pm yesterday. First dog ran at 6:15 this morning. A cool morning
but temps will get to 81 this afternoon, wind about 10 mph. Couldn't
ask for better weather. Will run till 7 pm today. Francis
Day 3: Again a cool crisp morning, temp should
be near 80 today. Yesterday there seemed to be a dead spot before the
first gate which cause problems for most handlers. Had the Annual
Banquet/Membership meeting last night. The results of the Directors
