 USBCHA NATIONAL CATTLEDOG FINALS - 2010 ENTRY FORM

MAY, 5 – 9, GERING, NE

  ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN APRIL  1, 2010

 

  1.  Anyone with Cattledog qualifying points may send their entry for the Open Cattledog Finals to the HA Secretary, who will accept the top 60 point earning dogs who enter.  In the event of a tie, all dogs tied at the 60 dog level will be accepted.  If entry is not accepted, fees will be returned  Both Open and Nursery qualifying has been extended to the last day of March, 2010.  May enter third dogs on a provisional basis, the provision being that the trial does not fill, then third dogs are allowed. The third dogs would be allowed in order of qualifying points earned for open, and all allowed in the nursery.  Late entry's are allowed for the open and nursery.  Late entry's will not get into the trial ahead of any on time entry, regardless of points earned.  Make separate check for the 3rd dog.

  2. 2.       Open entry fee - $250.00                           Nursery entry fee - $250.00.  Two dog per handler in both Open & Nursery

  3. 3.       HA secretary must be notified seven (7) days prior to National/Nursery finals to cancel any entry in order for fees to be returned. 

  4. 4.       Must send copy of registration papers for both Open & Nursery entries.

  5. 5.       In the event the Finals are video taped or televised, you will be required to sign a release to use your image.

  6. 6.       Eye exams:  All dogs must be examined by a certified Diplomat of the College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists  (DACVO) before participating in a Finals Trial or at the eye clinic during the Finals.  The certificate that is issued will be good for 25 months from the date of the examination, or for 25 months if the interval between trials is more than one year.
